Charlotte Rae Cain

August 30, 1952 - December 27, 2021

Charlotte Rae Cain of Stockton ca. died at St. Josephs medical center on 12/27/21 at 12:22 pm. In Stockton ca.

Charlotte was born in California in the Bay Area on 8/30/1952 to Charles and Peggy Nishimura. After she left high school she married and 3 children,  all boys. Soon after she started a career as a beautician at a Solon in El Cerrito Ca. Years later she became a bus driver for disabled child taking them to and from school. Charlotte could accomplish anything she put her mind to. Like getting her drivers license for the first time at age 34 and become a bus driver, driving up and down one of the highest mountains in the Bay Area, Mt. Tamil pious  driving children to and fro. After many years of lifting children in wheelchairs she was injured on the job and she to because disabled with a back and neck injury. She lived in pain until she passed away a the age 69. She was a woman of many talents and gifts and loved to be around people. She could make something out of nothing and have you wondering how she did it. She amazed people by making cakes and pies to perfection on a BBQ pit. Singing and entertaining friends, family and strangers singing for many years. Earning her the name “The Karaoke Lady”! She was monumental in the lives of many peoples. She was known as mom to the friends of he children because she treated them like her own. Taking them fishing , camping  and feeding them  and never asked for any thanks! She was a strong woman of faith that would give more than she had! If she had it and you needed it, it was now yours.

Charlotte touched the lives of everyone she met. None more than her surviving 3 sons. Johnny, Donald and  Derrick Cain and many grandchildren. She was the sister to Joe, Higgie, Tony, Lorett, Lisa and Teresa many of whom she helped raise as a child her self!

Charlotte will be greatly missed and never Forgotten! May she Rest In Peace in the arms of The Lord!
