Robert Eugene Carpenter passed away September 8, 2022 at John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, CA. A long-time resident of San Francisco and Union Local #2 member, Bob will be remembered as a kind and considerate man who never forgot his roots in Cumberland, Maryland a place where he would grow to appreciate the hard work and leisure activities that he shared with friends and family, especially his father Lee Jr. who operated the Cumberland county taxi service.
Robert was especially proud of the time he spent working behind the scenes in early 50's and 60's television shows such as the Rifleman and Rawhide as an electrical technician. He would often relate to certain episodes that he would recall having had a hand in when we would watch those shows.
Now, we ask the Great Spirit to guide Robert's gentle soul to their final rest in peace. It is hoped that he will come to know, in return, some of the kindness and consideration he gave to others here on earth.
"Take care babe".
