Janett C Gash

July 04, 1957 - January 06, 2023

Janett C Gash, 65, went home to her heavenly father on January 6, 2023, in Tucson, Arizona. She fought 3 types of cancer, skin, throat and thyroid, and won. Sadly, lung cancer took her from her beloved family and friends. A true fighter all the way.
Janett was born in Tucson, Arizona, on July 4th, 1957, to Chad and Janett Brown. She grew up in Tucson, but called home in Lovington NM, where she raised her 3 children. She attended Ave R Church of Christ and was a clerk at Allsups Convenience Store for many years. She also lived a short time in Monahans, Texas, before moving to Marana, Arizona, where she lived until her passing.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Janett and Chad Brown; a brother, Raymond; a nephew, Casey; and her close friends, Marianne Miller and Scott Workman.
She is survived by her children; a daughter, Tanya, and her husband, Jerry Caldwell of Monahans, Texas; a son; Chad and spouse Heather Gash of Quemado, New Mexico; and a son, Steven “Scooter” Gash of Monahans; her grandchildren, Josh and Kaitlyne Caldwell of Eschenbach, Germany, Courtney and Levi Boble of Eunice, New Mexico, Hannah and Trey Grimes of Ingleside, Texas, Lash Caldwelll of Monahans, Texas, Quincy Gash of Quemado, New Mexico, Kianna Medellin, Sariyah, Adaline and Marco Gash all of Monahans and Ay’Mara Munoz of Monahans; her great-grandchildren, Marilynn, Noah, Lily, Cody, Mason, Asher, Greyson and Scarlett; her four brothers, Tom Brown of Battle Mountain, Nevada, Robert Brown, Paul and Candy Brown, Richard and Jeanne Brown, all of Tucson; her four sisters, Diana Lynn Mortensen, ErmaJean Luckey, Bonnie Lou Thompson and Penny Lou Hagen; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and tons of friends.
She also left behind her trusty fur buddy, Rocky. And, of course, two grumpy old men Steve Gash and Rick Kopp.
Janett was a wonderful daughter, Mom, Sister and friend that will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. There are no memorial arrangements at this time.
