joined many family members and friends in Heaven. He is  preceeded in death by his mother Maryann Sullivan, he is survived by his parents Jeff and Mona Freitas and Kathy Meany,
his sister Julie Marie, his brother 
Dan and two other siblings Corey
and Stacey his nephews and niece Edward, Elizabeth, and Christopher.
