Auntie Jackie Comins passed away peacefully on November 21, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving behind a legacy of love, music, laughter, and deep faith.
Born on July 15, 1952, to Juanita and Jack Comins in San Francisco, Jackie was a proud native of the city she called home. She dedicated over 20 years of her life to ABM, where her hard work and commitment earned the admiration and respect of her colleagues.
Jackie had a zest for life’s simple pleasures. She loved good food, sports, and gospel music, which brought her immense joy. Her kind heart and infectious laughter brightened the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Jackie is survived by her sisters, Barbara and Gwen; her dear nieces Rayna, Tiffany, and Barnita; and her dear nephews Thadius, Marcus, Kenneth, Lloyd, and LaMar. She also leaves behind a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and close friends who will continue to honor her memory. Jackie is predeceased by her mother, father, and brothers Alonzo Vinson and Michael Holloway.
Jackie will be remembered for the love she poured into her family and friends and the joy she brought to those around her. Though she has departed from this earthly life, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
