Ann Marie (McKinney) Wilson
Ann M. Wilson, age 85, of Green Valley, Arizona passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 24, 2021, after a long battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
Ann was born in Fremont, Ohio on October 6, 1936, to Corbin and Elizabeth (Schall) McKinney. She was raised in Fremont until she married her high school sweetheart, Alfred D. Ann then met and married George Glagolich on March 12, 1999, and remained married until George left this earthly plain on May 7, 2018.
Ann loved playing Scrabble, doing crossword puzzles and cryptograms, and watching sports—all sports--on her TV, especially the Arizona Diamondbacks. Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.
She is survived by her children, Tina M. Hunt (Nelson), Martin J. Wilson (Melody), Julie A. Mitchell (Bill); a sister, Ellen Dumminger (Robert); a brother, Lloyd L. “Mac” McKinney (Ruth); 5 grandchildren, Ann Hunt, Beth Hunt, Nicole Blackwell (Zach), Jayson Wilson (Becky), Zachary Walls (Erin), and Jacob Walls (who preceded Ann in death in 2009) and 7 great-grandchildren, Penelope Hunt, Caden Tumblin, Asher Hunt, Aurielle Blackwell, Simon Blackwell, Scarlet Wilson, and Fiona Wilson.
Ann will live on in the wonderful memories she made with everyone she knew, and forever be in the hearts of her family and friends who loved her dearly.
