Banion Carley Howell, 89, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away on January 16, 2022, in Tucson.  He was born on August 9, 1932, in Raymondville, Texas to Earl and Martha (Bingham) Howell.  Banion, widower of Tony Howell, leaves behind one biological daughter, Carla Rowland; his adopted children through marriage, Leette Jolene Swenson, Troy William Turner Jr, Cody Banion Silvester Turner, and Jolene Swenson; and also 6 grandchildren.
