MARK EDWARD ROY
I remember MARK when he was full of life, when he was good, bad, even Ugly!
Mark wasn't the type of Guy who held on to "Other People's Sh__!"
If there was something to be said, he was going to tell you whether it be Good or Bad. Mark was a generous Soul. Very giving of Himself.
He didn't ask for much from people.
Just the occasional " Can you help me breathe" or perhaps, "Will you hand me that cane over in the corner".
I've known Mark for about a Year, not long at all but LONG ENUF to know that if Marks not feeling well, You should Ask him if he's OK and/or needs a Anything,
After that your pretty on your own.
We (He, Jimmy, Bruce & Myself) would sit and talk and try dumb things just to pass time. Once we went to purchase a Motorcycle up in the Hills of Los Angeles. Mark was a good support for that job. He knows more than the Average Bear when it came to the 🏍. Oh how he longed for one of those Motorcycles that were for sale that night.
Mark was a man with feelings like anybody else. Unique in his own rights. Although I haven't known You Mark as long as a lot of Your friends, You were still my friend. You did not deserve to endure the pain You tried so hard to hide. I saw the many times you sucked it up & pushed forward anyway you could just to get thru to the next moment. You took it like a trooper
Mark Roy. For this,You have my respects.
I'm not so sure I could have done it!
You are a strong individual and I know all those long talks You & Jimmy (my husband) had will be with him for many years to come. One more thing before I go. Remember the last night you blessed us with your presence?
My big, bad, tough husband's heart broke for You .
As I walked up.
You had just "Checked-Out"
He fell into my arms and wept for you.
And said........."Marks gone".
You have moved on to the next phase.
It was a pleasure....
Remember those of us left behind.
I'm sure we'll all meet up again someday.
Til then..... Keep a seat warm for Us!!
God Bless & May your Spirit be free at last.
