BACKGROUND WORK HISTORY

RICHARD DAVID FERNANDEZ was born in SANFRANCICO CALIFORNIA on 06-07-1956 and was adopte  by Manuel and Helen Fernandez. He attended college park high school and Diablo valley college  studying in the field of criminal justice and earning a degree in criminal law. He then joined the Pleasant Hill police department after a few years Rick went on worked in the field  of commercial Hvac and heating for 30  years. Rick after working in the Refrigeration field. Volunteered for the Antioch police department. Then we made a move to Elk Grove and he spent his time transporting car's for Hartz Enterprise.

OTHER INTERESTS ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Richard Enjoyed the sport of Nascar. He spent many years going to the Sanoma race way. He introduced his son's to the sport and as of recent years his grandsons have ben introduced to Nascar sport. Richard always enjoyed his family. He enjoyed camping in his travel trailer. When family was near he was happy.

RICHARD Leaves behind his spouse of 36 years Lee Ellen Fernandez and 2 son's David and James and a Daughter Davina Jelich and 5 grandchildren.
