Sandra was a struggling mother of 4 at the age of 15 yrs. old. She became a successful mother of 4 and an accomplished licensed practical Nurse (LPN). Finished as a medical billing supervisor. Her biggest accomplishment was cooking. She cooked for family, friends, and strangers. She loved to cook.
In loving memory of our mother, I would love to share a simple dessert recipe.
“A cherry dipped in dark chocolate”.
100% Dark Chocolate:
• 3 Tbsp of Jealousy
• ½ cup of Honesty
• 1 cup of “No Bullshit”
• 1 ½ cup of Vulgar
Cherry:
• 5 cups of accepting difference
• 10 cups feeding everyone
• 8 cups of understanding life situations
• 10 cups of accepting her faults
• 10 cups of loving the underdog
• 10 cups of being outdoors (road trips, fishing, and gardening).
100% Loving her kids the best way she knew of, wrong or right she loved us in her way.
“Love You Mom”
Joseph James Beltran
P.S.
I found a card in my mother’s dresser drawer. And it read:
“I shall not pass through this world but once. Any good thing therefore, that I can do, or any kindness that I can show to any human being, Let me do it now. Let me not defer it or neglect it, for I shall not pass this way again."
