Amparo “Ampy” G. Lambert, 74, died Monday, July 11, 2022, in Los Angeles, CA.
She leaves her daughters, Anna (Salvador) Crisostomo of the Philippines; Stella (Jake) Fox of Los Angeles, CA; Geri Edwards of Statesville, NC; Sarah (Joe) Grahn of Los Angeles CA; sons Jerry Gurka Jr. of Los Angeles, CA; John (Cristina) Gurka of Los Angeles, CA, grandchildren, Kaitlin (Tyler) Moore; Dillon (Lauren) Edwards; Michaela (Jordan) Bell; Griffin Fox; Hudson Fox; Jasmine Taylor; Alexa Grahn; Mercedes Taylor; Ronan Fox; Joey Grahn; Dharma Edwards; Damien Gurka; Kaleen Gurka; Bernadette (Jeffrey) Osabel, Neil Arwin Cabillos; Theo Crisostomo; Camille Cabillos; Kevyn Crisostomo; great-grandchildren, Lincoln; Emre-May; Jett; Grayson; Chester; Chloe; step-daughter Vanda Thompson, son-in-law Joseph Edwards, and many more loved ones.
She was preceded in death by her spouse, Eddie L. Lambert, a daughter, Victoria (Arnel) Cabillos, and a grandson, Dalton Edwards.
Born in the Philippines on December 25, 1947, Ampy moved to the US in 1969. She lived most of her life in North Carolina before moving to Los Angeles in 2017. She had seven children, seventeen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
A private celebration of life will be held in Los Angeles, California for family members.
