Michael "Mike" W. Ross, of Tucson, Arizona, passed away at his home on August 1, 2022. He was 71 years of age.
Mike was born on April 19, 1951 at Naval Hospital, in Portsmouth, Virginia. Mike served in the U.S. Navy in both enlisted and officer status, 1969-1989. Mike was a retired Lieutenant, Medical Service Corps, U.S. Navy.
He worked at Intergroup/Health Net of Arizona, and H&R Block for many years after retiring from the Navy. Mike was an avid reader, loved watching old movies, and loved being on his computer.
Mike is survived by his much loved wife of 38 years, Diane Ross, his son Jason (Ashley) Ross, his daughter Rachel (Boston) Grambo, and his sweet granddaughter, Hannah Ross, who loved her Papa very much! Mike is also survived by his Dad, Howard T. Ross, and his sister, Nancylou Ross, of Tucson, Arizona. He was predeceased by his infant son, Michael W. Ross Jr., in 1989. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the National Parkinson' Disease Foundation, or to Bristol Hospice of Tucson, Arizona.
There will be a graveside service at Riverview Cemetery in Aurora, Indiana at a later date.
