Winston Lamar Green

Seattle- Winston L. Green, 65, died Saturday, August 27, 2022, in his home. He was born April 13, 1957, to Parthenia Croskey and Roosevelt Green Sr. He was also a son to Nell F. Leaks. Winston was a beloved husband to Darlene Brown, father to Alicia Brown, father-in-law to Robert Van Vlerah, and grandfather to Maxine Van Vlerah. 

Additionally, he was a brother of Gloria Croskey, Christine Croskey, Rashad Husani, Jerome Green, Joann Igboke, Roseann Green, Kelly Brooks, Tabatha Green, Anthony Brooks, Sandra Croskey, Johnnie Mae Fuller, Johnnie Rae Fuller, Aretha Fuller. Winston was known for his love of his family, both familial and extended, near and far. He will be deeply missed by family, friends, and all who knew him. 

Winston served honorably in the Marine Corps from 1975 to 1979. Those who wish to remember him in a special way may donate in his memory to your local VFW (vfw.org) or DAV (dav.org).
