Franklin Howard Riggs
Franklin Riggs, 81, resident of West St. Paul, MN passed away at home on September 28th, 2022.
Franklin was born on June 30th, 1941 in Screven County, Georgia to parents Robert Barney Riggs and Cleo Tankersley.
Franklin had a lot of pride working for Waterous Company. He was employed for 28 years and proudly retired in 1992. Franklin was grateful for all the coworkers and friendships he made over those years.
Franklin enjoyed and is remembered playing board games, socializing with friends, spending time with his family, talking on the phone, and sitting outside watching the world pass by. You could always count on a call from Frank to tell you the weather and your horoscope for the day.
Franklin is survived by his ex-wife Robyn Riggs; siblings Jimmy, John, Helen, and Doris; his children Jon Pearson, Shannon Riggs, Sean Riggs; grandchildren Benjamin Riggs, Samantha Stein, Chelsey Emery-Snaza, Crystal Emery-Snaza, Isabell Pearson, Ryan Riggs; and 14 great-grandchildren.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements were entrusted to Tulip Cremation Services, Edina, MN.
