Terry Converse George is one of the finest men I’ve known. He came to live with us in Florida when he needed better care. It was an honor to care for him and keep him focused on his care. He had a great sense of humor and rare honesty, in other words - he told you exactly what he thought. We shared the beach, a fun cruise to Mexico and several community events in Tampa. Although his nutritionist was limiting his food choices, we let him enjoy what he wanted, when he wanted. He loved tacos, chicken wings, salads, fish, shrimp and cherry cheesecake. I miss him everyday, but sleep well knowing we gave him the best life he could live during the time he lived in Tampa. Terry

Connie Carden I wish we had phones back when George and I were roommates. But I will never forget that face! And thanks to Rick and Terry I have many pictures now saved to my phone photo album. Thanks guys!! George was the kind of man who was always there for his friends, no matter what. I know people say that about others all the time, but George really was that man. And he loved with his whole heart. There were a couple of times in my life when I don’t know what I would’ve done had he not been there for me. I am so grateful to Rick, his son, for rescuing him from the situation he was living in, in Missouri. Had it not been for that I would’ve never been able to see him and spend time with him the last week of his life. He knew that I was there and he knew that I loved him and that’s all you can ask for. I love you babe and I will see you again one day, God willing!!
