Natalie Rivera
We are very sad to announce the passing of Doris Jeanne Hull of Riverside California who passed away peacefully at home on Friday May 19th 2023 after a short battle with pancreatic cancer at the age of 77.
Doris was born in the city of Bellflower California on February 20th 1946 to William and Lois Rathbone. She attended Mater Dei High school. She worked for many companies in her life including Aetna, Partners Health Plan, Butcher Boy foods and before retiring, she worked for Professional Communications Network as an operator and supervisor for 12+ years. She loved reading anything and everything, doing crossword puzzles, and enjoyed spending time with her daughters, 5 grandkids and her 15 great-grandchildren. In her younger days she enjoyed bowling and was on many bowling leagues.
She is survived by her daughters Natalie Rivera and Dolores Pekarek, brothers Steven Rathbone and Kenneth Rathbone, her 5 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother and father, her son Freddie Rivera, her brother Floyd Dean Lewellen.
There will be a small graveside interment blessing ceremony at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery at 7845 Santiago Canyon Rd, Orange CA, 92689 on Friday June 9th at 1:30pm
She will be loved and miss by her family and friends and all who knew her. But her memories will stay alive in us forever.
