Bruce Jr. fishing at the little lake in New Waverly, I would pretend there were dinosaurs in the lake

Alexis; he would whistle when he was happy with life and when he said words with an S in them to make the kids laugh

Melisa; he loved his birds and would take them out of the cage and show the kids how to hold them. the kids would laugh when the birds would kiss him and follow him everywhere

Nicholas; giving me and Missy Dr Peppers and calling them Dr Poopers

Jason; hours of watching movies me

Aubry; mixing honey and peanut butter for sandwiches

Micheal; when he bought me and Steve mopeds

Becky; his friendly smile and if you needed some good advice, he would let you know:

Robert; fishing trip in Galveston Bay he was casting out the small perch we were using for bait and forgot to open the bail on his reel. So instead of the line carrying out, it swung around, and the perch smacked me in the face. He Said, " Good thing it hit you sideways instead of on edge or those spines would have stuck in you" It was not funny at the time but later is was. Once after work he took me to HO HO's for Chinese food. When we got home Mom had a big, nice pot roast meal with all the trimmings. He pulled me aside and whispered, " Don't tell anyone about the Chinese food and eat the pot roast dinner like you're starving." Which we both did. I finally told Kathy many years later.

Aaron; going over and hanging out with him. One time i asked him what his favorite cake was, and I drew him a Pineapple on a cake, flipped the paper over and showed him his pineapple upside down cake.

Deborah; working on cars in the garage, taught me how to clean carburetors, change brakes, rocker arms and struts and to change tires

Ricki; Me and him working on a rust-colored pinto with green tint. He gave me my first crystal snow globe. I would go with him on a paper route, and he would tell me stories of the history of the Huntsville Prison. going for bugers and flys.

Angela; taking me and Ricki out for buger and flys (burgers and frys)
