Robert John Helgeson, 66, of San Jacinto, CA, formerly of Milton, WI, died Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at Riverside Community Hospital in Riverside, CA, following a short illness. He was born in Denver, CO, December 22, 1948, to Robert H. Helgeson and Shirley L. (Stubbendick) Helgeson. He was incredibly proud of the time he served in the U.S. Army and his service in Vietnam. He loved to have his dog, Cricket, by his side, to talk about his family and argue about politics. He was a huge classic rock fan and going to concerts was one of his favorite past times.

Bob will be laid to rest near his father in Southern Arizona Veterans‚ Memorial Cemetery. A memorial service will be held in his home state of Wisconsin at a later date.
