Delfin Castillo Garcia, 91 of Oakland, California, passed away peacefully o Saturday, June 10, 2017 at the Oakgrove Springs Care Home. He was born in Manila, Philippines to Jose Garcia and Petronilla Castillo. He and Milagros Gonzales Garcia got married at a very young age during World War II in 1944. He lived most of his life in San Francisco and Daly City, California and spent over 5 years at the Oakgrove Springs Care Home facilities.
Delfin had five daughters (Aniceta Garcia and Amelita Pascual ‚ both deceased), Adelina Francisco of Seattle, WA, Armor Ordonez and Anariza Garcia of Pleasant Hill, CA; and four sons: (Antonio Garcia ‚ deceased), Albert Garcia of Livermore, CA, Arman Garcia of San Diego,CA and Avel Garcia of Pittsburg, CA. Delfin is also survived by over 20 grandchildren and over 20 great grandchildren.
A ceremonial at the Ferry Boat in SF will be held on July 23, 2017 ‚ By Invitation Only.
