Jason Lacy of San Francisco, CA passed away in San Francisco on 07/06/2023.

Jason was born in Zanesville, OH on 04/15/1977 to Robert Paul Conrad and Bobbie Eileen(Lacy)Conrad.  He attended Tri-Valley High School.

He is survived by a brother,Jamey Lacy, a sister, Leigh Ann Conrad, a half brother Shawn Conrad, a nephew, Levi Mills, and a niece, Kaley Mills, a maternal grandmother, June Lacy and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death  by his mother, Bobbie Conrad, father, Robert Conrad, and his maternal grandfather, Paul Robert Lacy.
