Judy K. Jensen

Judy (Boyd)Jensen of Oldsmar Florida passed away in the comfort of her home on October 25th, 2023.

Judy was born in Gary Indiana on December 15th, 1940 to Vincent (Bud) Boyd and Marie Boyd. She was in the 1959 graduating class of Hobart High School in Hobart Indiana. She worked for NIPSCO where she met her husband Donald C. Jensen who preceded her in death. She attended Indiana Vocational Technical College where she earned a certificate in Surgical Technology and worked for Methodist Hospital in Merrillville Indiana. She moved to Florida in 1997 and became a member of Bethel Lutheran Church. She worked part time in the office at Bethel Lutheran and became very involved with the congregation. She volunteered in the nursery and was involved with many of the events there.

She was a woman full of joy.
She believed in Faith, Family and Friends and always had a smile on her face.

She is survived by her son Tim (Kristen) Jensen and two daughters Marie (Jensen) Makatura and Julie (Gary Regan) Knuth.
She has eight grandchildren that she lived for and one great grandchild that she loved more than anything.
She is also survived by her two brothers Richard (Joan) Boyd and Robert (Cindy) Boyd.
