Michael Scott Wyman's story is one of perseverance, overcoming adversity, and the power of friendship. Born in Clovis, New Mexico in 1957, Michael's parents' marriage broke down shortly after his birth. However, his mother remarried Rae Mohr Wyman, who adopted Michael and his older brother. Michael grew up in a family with two older brothers and two younger sisters. He loved art and studied music, graduating from high school in 1975.
After leaving school, Michael worked in various industries, from hospitality to construction, eventually settling in Victorville, California. Despite his struggles with addiction and physical disability, Michael always found reasons to smile and laugh. He shared his home with his dear friend of many years, Stella, and his beloved dogs, who knew Michael for his kindness and unwavering love.
However, tragedy struck on March 16, 2024, when Michael was involved in a car accident that ultimately took his life on April 4, 2024. Michael was predeceased by his father in 1991, his brother Rae Eugene in 1992, and his mother in 2023. He is survived by his two older brothers, Stan (Diana) and Bob (Pam) Wyman, and two sisters, Amy (Bill) Burton-Eaves and Linda (Danny) Crespin. Michael's faithful friend Stella Culjak and his loyal dog Heidi are still grieving his loss.
