Dana J. Kohl of Jefferson Wisconsin passed away at Fort Atkinson Memorial hospital on 5/8/2024 after a private battle with lung cancer.
Dana was born in Fort Atkinson Wisconsin on February 2nd 1962 to Wilmer "Bud" Kohl of Cambridge and Sharon Johnson of Shawano. She attended Fort Atkinson High School. She was a very hard worker and spent over 20 years at Master Mold in Johnson Creek as an inspector and most recently at Space Saver in Fort Atkinson before retiring at age 62.
Dana loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and the outdoors. She was very proud to have a house on the water and enjoyed watching the wild life right out her back door. She enjoyed gardening and planting flowers in her spare time and loved all animals, taking in a rescue rabbit and cat. She was a very spiritual person making dream catchers and collecting moons, crystals, turquoise jewelry and many other symbolic pieces of Native American History.
She is survived by Her Sister DeAnn (David) Ludwig, Son Joshua (Heather) Kohl. Nieces Dani Ludwig, Michaela (Josh) Chapman and Kayln Kohl. Nephews Darin Runge, Jordan (Kayla) Wells and Granddaughters Emma and Eleanor Kohl. She was predeceased by Her Mother, Father and brother David (Judith) Kohl. She will have a memorial service Sunday June 2nd at 11 at 225 Landing Ave Jefferson WI. She will be buried at Highland Memorial at a later date. Contact Josh with any questions call/text 608-492-1818.
