Sandra M. Chickman

Sandy Chickman of Los Angeles, CA passed away on October 23, 2024.

Sandy was born in Luzerne County, PA on January 6, 1941, to Jacob Barth and Bertha Barth. She worked at the Los Angeles County Health Department then went onto work at the Los Angeles Public Defenders Office for 30 years.

Sandy enjoyed cards, mah jong, crafts, travel, and spending time with family and friends. With her husband Merv, she was a proud member and president of B'nai B'rith. Sandy was honored with two Los Angeles Commendations for Service. 

Sandy is survived by her children Greg, Jeff, and Deanne. Along with her ten grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Sandy was predeceased by her beloved husband Mervyn.
