It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Orcutt, fondly known as Don, on November 11, 2024, at 5:15 am. Born on October 6, 1940, Don lived a life marked by hard work, honor, endless care, and a deep commitment to those he loved. A man of honest trades, Don was also a proud veteran who served his country with dedication.
Don is survived by his beloved wife, Ericka; his children, Dan, Gary, and Roxanne; his stepchildren, Quinton, Mac, and Jacqueline; as well as many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his former wife Debbie, whose memory he honored throughout the remainder of his life. He loved his family deeply. And his compassion and wisdom, gained from a life rich with experience, left an enduring mark on those who had the privilege of knowing him.
Don’s empathy was his gift—he listened without judgment and cared without reserve. His calm, understanding nature and profound love were felt by all who crossed his path. In his memory, we will carry forward his legacy of kindness, patience, and unwavering love.
Family and friends will be invited at a later date to celebrate Don, honoring the journey of a man who led a full, beautiful life and touched countless hearts along the way.
