Charles Falk, 76, died peacefully on October 23, 2024, in Parrish, Florida. Born in Troy, New York, Chuck was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, and a connector of people, bridging gaps with his vibrant spirit.
A proud graduate of Bryant College in Providence, RI, Chuck carved a niche for himself as an event planner with his business, Plants N' Plants, in Albany, New York. His keen eye for detail and love for creating events and celebrations infused countless families' lives with cherished memories.
As a master gardener, he nurtured not only plants but also friendships, cultivating beauty in nature and in the lives of those around him. Chuck had an extraordinary ability to make everyone he met feel special, drawing out their stories and smiles, making each meeting a moment to remember.
He leaves behind his beloved wife, Iris Falk; his children, Jason Falk and Natalie Cannistraci; his daughter-in-law, Sarissa Michaud; his son-in-law, Johnny Cannistraci; and his cherished granddaughters, Talia and Lili Cannistraci.
Chuck is also survived by his brother, Stanley Falk; his sister, Minna Maloof; his nieces, Nancy Falk and Susan Steiner; and his nephews, Harry and Robert Falk, and Mark and Ross Behrenfeld, who will carry forward his legacy of kindness and joy.
