Apostle Andrew Allen Bills Jr.
October 14, 1950 – October 1, 2025
Apostle Andrew Allen Bills Jr., 74, of Westminster, California, entered into the presence of the Lord on October 1, 2025.
Born in Los Angeles, California, to Rev. Andrew Allen Bills Sr. and Lelia Mae Hinton, he was affectionately known by his immediate family as “Junior,” or “Andy” to extended family and friends.
From a young age, Andrew’s life was marked by a profound sense of purpose and a deep love for the Lord. He answered the call to ministry early and never wavered in his commitment. Over the span of more than five decades, he served faithfully — pastoring churches including Calvary Outreach Christian Center, preaching with power, and mentoring countless lives. In his later years, he founded HSBN TV, a global Christian broadcasting network that continues to impact lives worldwide. His voice echoed with truth, his vision stirred hearts, and his legacy will continue to bear fruit for generations to come.
He was blessed to experience love twice in his life. In 1974, he married Donna Frazier, the mother of his children, and together they raised a family rooted in faith, love, and resilience. In 2009, he married Ann Marie Vice, his devoted partner in life and ministry. Their union was marked by deep love, shared purpose, and a commitment to spreading the gospel through HSBN TV. Ann Marie stood faithfully by his side—both in love and in service.
Apostle Bills is survived by his children, Lamont, Gregory, and Andrea Bills; and his stepsons, Max (Stephanie), and Eric (Lautuaolealofa) Von Schimpf. He was also blessed with grandchildren Melea Kessler, Elijah, and Amorah Bills, Annabella Von Schimpf, Jaylen Musselman, and Bruce Martinez. They were all his greatest joy. Each one deeply cherished and a source of immense pride.
He is also survived by his sister, Brenda Bills; his brother, Gerald (Kim) Bills; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives, friends, mentees, and ministry partners who were impacted by his love, leadership, and light.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Andrew Allen Bills Sr. and Lelia Mae Hinton, and his brothers, William and Bert Bills.
Apostle Bills will be remembered as a faithful husband, father, grandfather, and shepherd whose life’s mission was to glorify God and serve others. His legacy of faith and love will live on in all who knew him.
“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
