In Loving Memory of Patricia Ann Carrow
“Annie” or “Ann”
January 22, 1953 – May 10, 2026
Patricia Ann Carrow, lovingly known to family and friends as Annie or Ann, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026, at the age of 73, surrounded by her daughters and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Ida Elizabeth Willis; her daughter, Lisa Shirley; her brother, David Baker; and her sisters, Jean Braza and Pat Bagel.
Ann is survived by her daughters, Bridget Cavalho (Joe), Brandi Carrow, and Melissa Carrow. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Malina, Makayla, Maurissa, Michael, Cruz, Evan, Caden, Benito, Ezekiel, and Nicholas; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Asher, Amara, and Sophia. She is further survived by her loving nephew, James Baker Jr., and her brothers, Wayne, Eddie, and James.
Ann was known for her fierce spirit, independent nature, and generous heart. If someone told her something couldn’t be done, she saw it as a challenge and worked hard to prove otherwise. She lived life on her own terms while caring deeply for those around her. Her kindness, strength, and determination left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
A proud mother of four daughters—Lisa, Bridget, Brandi, and Melissa—Ann treasured her family above all else. She was a devoted grandmother and great-grandmother whose love and support helped shape generations of her family.
Throughout her life, Ann built a strong work ethic and took pride in her career. She briefly worked at the Veterans Cemetery in Santa Nella and spent many years working for the Turlock Journal and Personal Projections. No matter where life took her, family remained her greatest joy and priority.
After retirement, Ann happily made her home in Merced, California. She enjoyed spending time with loved ones, listening to music, taking trips to Yosemite, and expressing her creativity through her artistic talents and miniature crafts. She had a special gift for helping others feel beautiful and valued.
No matter the distance, Ann remained closely connected to family and friends throughout her life. Her strength, warmth, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Forever loved, forever missed, and forever in our hearts.
